RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURN / REPLACEMENT:

If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please raise a return / replacement request within 7 calendar days of the delivery by sending us an email at support@thebambooco.com with the following details:

Order Number

Details of your request or complaint

Images or videos to support the request or complaint

Once all the details are received, we will examine it and notify you within a reasonable time. In case a replacement is approved for your complaint, you will be informed of the same, and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged & new product will be delivered within 10 working days from the date of pick-up along with new consignment tracking details.

Please note that for successful return / replacement, both the mono carton, which refers to the The Bamboo Co box/packaging the individual product comes in, & outer packaging, which refers to the larger carton the entire order is shipped in will be required.

Please note orders for Gift boxes are not applicable for return / replacement here.

Please note in case of stock clearance sale or any other sale , The Bamboo Co reserves the right to deny the returns / replacements for in sale items except damaged / defective products.

Please note in case of stock clearance sale or any other sale , The Bamboo Co reserves the right to deny returns in case of damaged products and shall send replacements within 7 working days of the request without any fail.

 Please note in case of damaged or defective products or wrong products refund turnaround time is 5-7 working days to process the refund.

 

CANCELLATION: 

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on support@thebambooco.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Alternatively, you can also call us at +91-9873559540 (Timings: 10:00 am – 05:00 pm IST Monday to Friday), within 24 hours of placing the order. Once orders have been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

 

** The Bamboo Co reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

 

 

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made from within 7 business working days.

 

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order?

 We will process your refund within 7 business days in case of cancellation of an order.
