Shipping Policy

Upon confirmation of payment for the order (“Order(s)”) placed by you, the Company directly ships any such Order via third party logistic partners. Your Orders are inspected thoroughly before shipment to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

Due to COVID-19 and sudden other unforeseen situations in state, we cannot commit on delivery timelines. We do request you to bear with us in the case of slight delays. As per safety protocols while we are currently accepting online orders to ship within India, due to changing nature of the situation, we reserve the right to pause deliveries to any country at any time if so warranted.

After the Orders are shipped, the Users shall be issued a tracking ID against their Order. The Users will be able to track their Orders by visiting our website. In case your Order is shipped through multiple shipments, a tracking ID shall be issued against each such shipment. The Customers may visit our website to track their respective shipments.

Order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of confirmation of the order and deliveries will be made between 10:00 am – 7:00 pm from Monday – Friday. Excluding public holidays.

Certain courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. This will need to be provided for completion of delivery. OTP will be sent to the number inputted at time of placing the order.

In the event of any dispute arising out of these Terms the same shall be settled by a binding arbitration conducted by a sole arbitrator, appointed jointly by both parties and governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration shall be Delhi, India and the language used shall be English.
